Riga'a is an Arabic term meaning Patch in English. We named Riga'a after patching all kinds of cloth & borders into our products like trays, baskets, bags, jars, clothes, etc. It is the brainchild of Ms. Mariam Sultan Al Suwaidi in expression of her love of the native products and various handicrafts. It all started in her desire to present to the public all crafts products and vintage Emirati ideas which are currently hardly seen due to its scarcity. These items show love to the culture and heritage of the UAE.
